Community Information Points are springing up all over Dudley borough in libraries, cafes, pharmacies, drop-in centres, council reception points and other community spaces. The network links local people to support in places where they already feel comfortable, through Information Champions who have all been trained on how to use key websites that can help, including Dudley Community Information Directory.

Information Champions signpost to health, wellbeing and care services, or help people to understand where to go to get benefits or debt advice.  The support given to local people at Community Information Points is creating stronger communities by helping to prevent crisis.
