POhWER offers free, confidential information, advice and advocacy to anyone who has had problems with care or treatment from the NHS. We support people through the NHS complaints procedure either through self-help information or with the support of an advocate working with the person to make sure their voice is heard.
We can support with complaints about any NHS treatment including Hospitals, GPs, Dentists and Opticians (if they have provided NHS treatment or services). We can also help with joint health and social care complaints.
