Dudley Advocacy - Parent Advocacy

The Parent's Advocacy Project is an independent service that offers Advocacy support to any Dudley resident parent with a learning disability, whose child is involved with children's social services.

Our Parent's Advocate, will support parents to understand the issues raised by children's services and support them to be included in the process. This includes meeting with parents regularly, attending Child Protection Conferences, Looked After Child Reviews, court hearings etc.

Our service is tailored to support each parent with their own individual learning needs and we work through a person centred approach to ensure our parents are heard and respected.
