Alzheimer's Society - Dementia Cafe Stourbridge

Our dementia cafés offer a place for people with dementia and their carers to meet in a safe and welcoming environment where they may enjoy social activities and helpful talks.

We regularly see around 20 people at this group; there are always new people coming along or people popping in for some information.

Our friendly staff and volunteers look after everyone, giving you plenty of time to talk and get some support.

So far this year we have had a violin player, a talk on scams, some exercise and advice from the Falls Prevention team, a drop in from Continence support team and coming up we have a simple First Aid course for the home - all this and some music, quizzes, puzzles and games - as well as plenty of tea and biscuits.
