Exercise classes run by experienced instructors, qualified to work with clients with a range of health conditions.
Opportunities to improve strength and balance and reduce falls risk. A range of sessions available to suit different abilities. The programmes are particularly beneficial to those diagnosed with osteoporosis or for those who have experienced a fall or deterioration in their balance but we also have classes for those who are more able and want to maintain balance.
If you want to try something different we also have Tai Chi for health classes. This is a modernised and adapted version of the traditional form which makes it suitable for almost everyone.
