Beacon Centre

Beacon is a long established charity that helps to improve the daily lives of people with a visual impairment living in the Black Country and Staffordshire. We have a wide range of services and facilities aimed at helping people with a visual impairment, including an activity centre, outreach services, a youth club, activity groups in Dudley and Wolverhampton, an equipment and advice centre and much more.

We operate 7 charity shops across the Black Country, have a residential facility, Beacon Court, offering Extracare facilities for older visually impaired people, as well as conference and training facilities, restaurant and cafe/bar, hairdressers, recreation room for hire and a small gym.

Beacon is a Safe Places Venue and a Community Information Point.
