Black Country Click Start

The Building Better Opportunities programme is funded by the European Social Fund and the Nationa Lottery, through the BIG Lottery Fund. We provide people with the skills to use a computer and access the internet safely.

Black Country Click Start is aimed at helping people make the most of the internet to manage their money and find training, volunteering or employment opportunities.

It may be beneficial for social housing tenants who are or will be affected by the introduction of Universal Credit.

People we support are;

aged 18 - 64 and either;

  • unemployed (not on zero hours contracts)

Or

  • not in paid employment, self-employment and are not available for or not seeking work

We meet customers in community venues across the Dudley borough e.g. libraries.  Support can be on a one to one basis or in small groups (up to 6)
